Wild Honey
1½ oz bourbon
½ oz Golden Age syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 dash angostura bitters
Club soda
Lemon wedge, honey & salt garnish
Fill a bucket glass with ice. Add bourbon, Golden Age simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir gently. Top with soda and and a dash of your bitters. Garnish with lemon wedge, drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of salt.
