Redwing Blackbird
2 oz bourbon
¼ oz Oregon Blackbird simple syrup
¾ oz rouge vermouth
3 dashes angostura bitters
6 blackberries
lemon peel
Add 5 blackberries, bitters, and Blackbird simple syrup to mixing vessel, then muddle. Add the rest of your ingredients (reserving one blackberry) and fill with ice, then stir until very cold. Strain into rocks glass over one large cube and garnish with lemon peel and final blackberry.
