Fields of Gold
1½ oz gin
1 oz plantation rum
1 oz pineapple juice
¼ oz Goldfinch simple syrup
½ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz orgeat
1 dash absinthe
2 dashes peychaud’s bitters
Add your ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake until very cold. Strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
