Bee Thief
1½ oz dry gin
½ oz Hummingbird syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz Lillet rosè
½ oz Orgeat
Bee pollen rim w/ Hummingbird syrup
Apply a teaspoon of Hummingbird syrup to the side of a coupe glass and dip into bee pollen. Add your ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake until very cold and then strain into the coupe glass.
